March 2018 Chemical Treatment

Spring has (almost) Sprung!

Because of the temperate weather, weeds are already starting to grow in landscaping beds.

On March 12 & 13, weather permitting, the landscaping crew will be spreading the pre-emergent weed control in all landscaping beds.

Safety in the Community

The Board for Kissel Hill Commons Lot Owners Association has become aware that over the past few months there has been an increase in the number of thefts in the community. While historically our community has experienced very little activity of this sort, we ask and remind you to please safeguard your belongings, keep porch lights on at night, and help keep a watchful eye on the community by reporting suspicious activity to the local police.

Community Event – Shop Local for the Holidays!

Kick off the holiday shopping season by shopping local!

Free event for vendors and shoppers, but we are  asking for nonperishable food donations for our local food bank.

Bring your neighbors, friends, and family as well!

Saturday, November 11 Noon to 5:00pm at the Community Building, 708 Brentwood Drive.

Community Pumpkin Carving

Community kid’s activity – Come carve your own pumpkin at the Community Center!

Sunday, October 22 from 2pm-4pm at 708 Brentwood Drive.

Pumpkins, snack and drink, and prizes provided.

Parent/Guardian must be present and RSVP to required.



Community Back to School Party

Come join us to celebrate Back to School on Saturday, August 26th from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at the pool, 708 Brentwood Drive.

Free and open to all ages and no entrance fee. You do not need to be a member of the pool to join the fun!

Please bring school supply donations to stuff in backpacks for students in need in the Manheim Township School District.

The Social Committee will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, fixings, drinks, and dessert. Please bring a side to share.

There will also be a BBQ cook-off for those interested – prizes for winnters!

RSVP is REQUIRED as well as Liability Wavier – through the website or email Please include if you want to enter the cook-off so that plenty of table space can be provided.

Poolside Yuletide Christmas in July Pool Party

Surf’s up, Santa!

Join us at the pool for an adults-only Christmas in July pool party featuring the sounds of band Trio Agave!

BYOB, C, S, and FD (that would be Bring Your Own Beverage, Chair, Snack to Share and a Food Donation to benefit our local food bank).

This is a 21 and over event…and a liability waiver will need to be signed in order to attend.

July 22, 2017 from 7pm to 9pm.
